This privacy policy was prepared by ESTUDIO PIRILAMPO MESTRE - EMPRESA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, headquartered in Porto Alegre / Rio Grande do Sul / BRAZIL, registered with CNPJ 39.512.061/0001-73 and D-U-N-S® Number 82-599-5910, hereinafter referred to simply by its trade name "Pirilampo Mestre Digital Art Studio" or by "us".

This document deals with the Privacy Policy of the SAMWISE application, from now on it may be referred to simply as the "Application".

Pirilampo Mestre Digital Art Studio created Samwise with a “Freemium” model (the Application is distributed free of charge but with some paid parts and advertisements while free). This SERVICE is provided by Pirilampo Mestre Digital Art Studio and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors about our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information, for those who decide to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection

For the Service to work, when registering for the Application, we need to collect the personal information described on the Registration page plus the basic information provided by the identity provider, currently being:

The information we request will be retained by us until the "End of Use" time (as described in the Terms of Use) and used as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Registration Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products like Firebase Analytics) on your device called Log Data. This log data may include information such as device IP address, device name, operating system version, Application configuration when using our Service, time and date of use of the Service, and other statistics.

Use of Information

We use collected information (both user-supplied and through Registration Data) for several purposes:

    •   For the operation of the Service, such as the email address used to uniquely identify users.
    •   To improve the Service by correcting problems and adding functionality that we have identified as lacking.
    •   For analysis of the Service, using anonymous information to find out which are the most accessed pages, the cities that use the Application the most, etc.
    •   For user contact in cases where direct contact is required.

We guarantee that we will never use any of your personal data without your clear and express authorization.

“Cookies”

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to the browser from visited sites and stored in the device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the Application may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve its services.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

    •   To facilitate our Service;
    •   Provide the Service on our behalf;
    •   Perform other services related to the Service; or
    •   To help us analyze how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are required not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Your Data Protection Rights

We would like to make you aware of all your rights as a User, they are:

    •   The right to access - You have the right to access all of your personal information that you have provided to us. To exercise this right, contact us.
    •   The Right to Rectification - You have the right to correct any personal information that you believe to be inaccurate or to complete any personal information that you believe is incomplete. This right can be exercised in the appropriate fields of information to be rectified in the Application. Note: Some information about you is collected from identity providers (such as when signing in with Google), to change this information you will need to change it directly with the identity provider.
    •   The right to be forgotten - You have the right to have all your personal data erased. This right can be exercised in the account deletion setting in the Application or as explained in the section "Account Deletion". Note: As explained in the Terms of Use, we keep your data for a certain period before the complete deletion of the account. This is done only to decrease the number of accidental deletions.
    •   The right to restrict processing - You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data by us under certain conditions.
    •   The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by us, subject to certain conditions.
    •   The right to data portability - You have the right to request that your collected personal data be transferred to third parties or directly to you, under certain conditions. To exercise this right, contact us.

Account Deletion

As specified above, if you don't have access to the Application and want to delete your account, please contact us by e-mail: contact@pirilampomestre.com

We keep your data for 30 days so that if you change your mind, it's still there. After this period, all the data you provided for us is deleted. The only exception to data deletion is Emporium content that other users have already added to their library － if this is the case for any of your published content, know that it will be removed from the Emporium but users with it in their library will keep access to it.

Ongoing subscriptions are not canceled when you delete your Samwise account because they are managed by third parties (Apple, Google or Stripe). To cancel subscriptions, please follow the instructions of the platform you subscribed from:

Safety

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, so we are making efforts to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. But please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that website. Please note that these external websites are not operated by us. Therefore, we recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of these sites. Use of the Service by Children

Even though Samwise has a free classification, to register in the Application it is mandatory to be at least 13 years old, due to international agreements that deal with the collection of personal data from children.

This is only because Samwise adheres to the strictest privacy laws in the world.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, it is recommended that you periodically review this page for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after being posted on this page.
